We're remote-first and work with organizations globally — from North America and Europe to the UK, Australia, and beyond. All discovery calls, training, and delivery happen via Zoom and collaborative tools. For UK-based organisations, optional in-person sessions can be arranged.

What happens after the sprint is complete?

You own everything we create. Your team will have full access to all AI projects, prompts, and documentation. We include a support period (30-60 days depending on engagement) for questions and refinements. After that, your team is fully self-sufficient — and existing clients can continue with an AI Operating Partner arrangement if ongoing support is useful.

Can you guarantee specific results?

We guarantee deliverables: a working AI system tailored to your workflows, training for your team, and documentation. We do not promise universal productivity multipliers. Instead, we establish a baseline and target measures with you before implementation and track them — actual results vary by workflow, team engagement and adoption.

How much of my team's time is required?

Discovery phase: 2-4 hours with key team members. Architecture phase: minimal involvement (we do the building). Training phase: 2-4 hours for the workshop. Total hands-on commitment is roughly 6-10 hours for a Diagnostic or Sprint — spread across the engagement (2-3 weeks for a Diagnostic, 3-4 weeks for a Sprint, 6-8 weeks for a System) — and scales with scope for a System or Programme.

What if we're not satisfied with the results?

We're selective about who we work with precisely because we want every engagement to succeed. If during the diagnostic call we don't think we can deliver meaningful value, we'll tell you. We'd rather turn away work than have an unsatisfied client.

Can you help us build AI into our own product?

Yes — alongside your development team or agency. We design the AI architecture and economics for your product: which features should use AI (and which should not), model strategy and provider swap resilience, an AI cost and pricing model that protects your margin, and the content pipelines that feed it. Your developers build the platform; we architect the intelligence. These engagements are scoped individually — request a proposal.
