A private circle for CEOs and senior leaders, hosted by Dr Bruno Oliveira: an expert you can ask anything, a small board of peers facing the same decisions, and the playbooks to act on them, for your organisation and for you.
Who it is for, how it starts with your own hour with Bruno, and what members have every month.

Your board, your team, your customers and every vendor want to know what you are doing about AI.
New tools and announcements every week, and very little advice that is independent.
Often with no direction, no shared standard and no one deciding what good looks like.
The wrong tools and pilots that stall cost money, time and momentum.
The Circle gives you clarity, peers and a plan, and keeps them coming.
When you join, you and Bruno spend an hour together, one to one, at a time that suits you: where you and your organisation are with AI, what is getting in the way, and what matters most. Bruno then writes your personal AI report.
Written for you, after your hour with Bruno

A private space for any question about AI in your organisation. Every member sees every question and answer, so the Circle’s knowledge grows every week.
90 minutes a month with up to 15 senior leaders. Everyone brings a win and a question; two members bring a real decision to work through with Bruno.
A short, board-ready brief each month on a decision every leader faces, and a two-minute note each week.
Decision tools you can use the week you join: policy, 90-day plan, tool guide, board briefing and more.
Each quarter, see where your organisation stands against your peers.
Twice a year, an evening together in London, in June and December.
What changed in AI, what it means, and what to ignore.
Your question, whenever it comes up.
Online, with up to 15 leaders and Bruno.
One decision, one short brief, ready to share.
Where you stand against your peers.
An evening together in London.
Questions the meeting cannot reach are picked up in writing afterwards, in the Circle space.
Leader-level tools you can put to work the week you join, written for the Circle and kept up to date as AI moves.
Editable, with the decisions a leader has to make explained.
Who does what, in what order, in your first 90 days.
Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more: what each is for and what it costs.
Finance, sales, marketing, operations, people and customer service.
An editable board briefing, with speaking notes.
A half-day session plan you can lead yourself.
The questions to ask before you sign anything.
What to measure in the first 30 days, before you claim a return.
The Circle space, the playbooks and the briefings.
One to one, at a time that suits you.
Where you stand, your priorities, your 90-day plan.
Your first decisions worked through with peers.
Where you stand, and a check against your plan.
Of established organisations, typically 20 to 500 people, who own the AI decisions themselves.
Where do we start, and what do we stop?
Who lead AI or change in a larger organisation, and want peers outside it.
How do we move from pilots to how we work?
In consulting, law, accountancy and other professional services, where AI is changing what clients pay for.
What happens to our model when AI does the first draft?

How GustoMind works with organisations
Academic, founder and builder.
Bruno’s doctoral research examined what shapes managers’ decisions to adopt new strategy tools, the question at the centre of AI adoption today. He has founded and run businesses for over 20 years.
He leads Applied AI for Business Leaders at the University of Bath and the Digital Transformation module of Help to Grow: Management, and teaches on MBA and Executive MBA programmes. Through GustoMind he works with executive teams, from multinational corporate groups to growing firms, from keynotes to building working AI systems. He has personally tested more than 100 AI tools, and has none to sell.
Founding members start the day they join: the hour with Bruno, the personal AI report, the Circle space, the playbooks and the briefings. The first 6-month term runs from 1 February 2027, with the first Circle meeting on Tuesday 9 February.
